I’m Stephanie! I am the creator and founder of Her Influence Society.
After 10 years of dealing with hospital politic BS I had enough. I knew I was made for something more; a career where I call the shots in my life. I wanted the ability to just pick up and travel with my son. I wanted to be able to watch his soccer games and not worry about whether or not I would be scheduled to work that day..despite requesting the day off. I was DONE being attacked by patient and their family members and being asked by admin "how could you have prevented that?"
I wanted something more!
The one problem??.. I made over 6 figures as an ER nurse without being a travel nurse. In my state that is almost unheard of.
So I changed the narrative. I took my love of content creating and my marketing background and found something that most creators aren't even thinking about. In 3 months I was able to not only replace my income but triple it! I was able to leave my nursing job within 3 months and now I live my life on my terms!
I created this program as a way to help other women create the life of their dreams without sacrificing time and energy trying to figure out the world of content.
